ABOUT ME

Hi I am Rachel Hill. I have been involved in sport all my life. I played squash professionally and also represented my county at tennis, badminton and athletics. Having suffered with injury at an early age I understand the importance of getting the best from your body in order to move more freely.

INDIVIDUAL AND TAILORED

Everyone is an individual and performs movement in the way best for their own body. Helping you achieve your potential is what I specialise in regardless of whether you’re a return to exercise after a break or if you are a triathlete trying to improve your times or someone trying to minimise pain in every day life. I pride myself in a more holistic approach to personal training.

Coming from a competitive sporting and coaching background being a personal trainer helps me to help you reach your individual goals. My passion is getting you to understand your own body so you can avoid reoccurring injuries and then train your body in a way that you can get the most from it in order to reach your goals.

I have also studied Sports Therapy and Intrinsic Biomechanics (how the body moves)  to help you get the results you are looking for. I am confident that you will know more about your body within just an hour, giving you the tools to move forward.
